**Position Overview:**
As our Procurement Officer (China Specialist), you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing high-quality products, negotiating favorable terms, and managing supplier relationships in China. Leveraging your expertise in procurement processes and your knowledge of the Chinese market, you'll ensure the timely acquisition of goods and materials to support our organization's needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and source reliable suppliers in China, conducting thorough assessments of their capabilities, quality standards, and production capacities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable arrangements that align with our budget and quality requirements.
- Coordinate the procurement process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of orders and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, finance, and inventory management teams, to streamline procurement processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on sourcing and supplier management in the Chinese market.
- Deep understanding of Chinese business practices, customs regulations, and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a multicultural environment.

**Work Environment:**
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel to China for supplier visits and negotiations.
**Salary Range:**
We offer a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 40,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
